Salas O’Brien is an engineering firm with 53 offices spread across North America and growing rapidly. To continue to grow and recruit the best talent, they needed a brand that would differentiate the firm in a crowded industry while uniting staff across offices and practices.
To do this we conducted extensive stakeholder interviews, competitive analysis’s, and a messaging audits distilling our findings into a system of shared beliefs, a united message, and one cohesive look.
